A Study on the factors influencing on the job satisfaction among Personal Assistant Service Coordinator - Moderating Effect of Motivator

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to observe the factors affecting job satisfaction of personal assistance coordinator and provide better personal assistance service to help the disabled independent and improve the quality of their lives. The sample for the study was extracted from 157 coordinators who are providing personal assistance service in providing organizations nationwide to analyze the utilization and supply status in 2009 of personal assistance service of ministry for health, welfare and family affairs for the disabled. To examine the factors affecting job satisfaction of personal assistance service coordinator for the disabled, multiple regression analysis was performed. The findings were as follows.
First, satisfaction level becomes higher when the more the salary is, the less the conflict is, the less the job adequacy is, the less the job importance, the higher the internal motivation is. Second, as a result of performing multiple regression analysis on the moderating effect of factors in the relationship between job factors and job satisfaction, the moderating effect was shown in the role relevance and motivation factor.
